Most of our clients and their counter-parties to the transactions are small to medium sized private enterprises that are not experienced with cross-border M&A transactions or investments. Our philosophy is to capitalize on our extensive cross-border M&A and investment experience, work closely with our clients to help them select suitable acquisition targets or strategic partners, advise them on specific transactions once execution is required. We will help clients assemble an internal project team and engage external advisors. We act as project manager and lead the project team and external advisors to progress along the project milestones in the most timely and cost efficient manner .
For each of the advisory mandates we take on, we would have a team of 2-3 partners with relevant geographic and sector experience working closely with clients and deal with every aspect of the. transaction. This includes due diligence, financial forecasts and valuation, preparation of transaction documents, negotiation and review of legal documents.
We would prefer to focus on quality of our mandates instead of quantity. This model allows us to build close relationships with our clients, develop in house M&A or investment expertise for our clients, and focus on improving the success of the mandates we take on.
