Intellium provides the following services:
- Provides overseas acquisition ideas to Chinese companies. Intellium works closely with our business partner based in Hong Kong, China and Europe to source acquisition ideas for our clients. These partners are mainly private equity funds with portfolio companies that may be of interest to our clients, or boutique advisory firms focusing on mid-market transactions in Europe
- Provides advisory services once our clients decide to execute the transaction. This would entail project management, coordination of all parties involved in the transaction, including legal counsel, auditors, industry experts, coordination of due diligence, valuation/pricing, development of a business plan, negotiation of legal documents, and seeking regulatory approval
- Provides advisory services to foreign companies in their China growth strategy. This would entail the option of setting up a wholly owned subsidiary, a joint venture, or an outright acquisition of a majority or minority stake in a Chinese company. Once a growth option is selected, Intellium would assist its clients in selecting acquisition targets, investment opportunities, or joint venture partners, and advise its clients in establishing Sino-foreign joint ventures with, executing acquisitions of, or investment in Chinese companies
- Provide restructuring advice, especially in relations to asset injection or disposal of Hong Kong listed companies. This would entail back door listing, reverse takeover, major transaction, or very substantial acquisition or disposal
